News Blast for Sunday, June 14, 2026

*For June we will be collecting Adult Protective Underwear for Community Action.

*The Corporation Board has been busy working on updates to our building! There will be replacement of the church roof, exterior siding and replacing the carpet in the Fellowship Hall and Nursery with luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. Once we see how much we like it, we may extend the LVP into the hallway and Lounge areas. The roof project is finished, the siding and flooring projects are in progress.

*We will have healing during the Eucharist this coming Sunday, June 14, 2026.

*The First Sunday breakfast club has decided to take a break through the summer as most of the local restaurants are very busy on Sunday mornings during the summer months. We will resume going out to a local restaurant, for breakfast after the Sunday Eucharist, on the first Sunday of the month in October. We will keep you updated!

*Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 20, 2026! We will have a Quiet Day at Holy Cross from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please note that lunch is not provided. We invite you to bring a sack lunch to enjoy during the break.

*The Bishop will visit Holy Cross on Sunday, June 21, 2026 and we will be welcoming new members during the service. The loose collection will be donated to the Bishop’s Purse.
